365billing, a registered U.S. and European Union Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP), has partnered with CardinalCommerce for its Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs.
365billing offers a turnkey processing solution including multiple payment options, fraud and risk management, affiliate software, and operator services. Merchants using 365billing’s services experience higher approval rates and better retention due to state-of-the-art fraud management systems and unique marketing tools, the company says.
