A new webmaster message board has been launched from adult affiliate program RhinoPays.com. The board, 2257Blows.com, is dedicated to providing a forum for users to speak out about the controversial 2257 legislation introduced in 2005 and modified in July this year.
“Producers, webmasters, and talent are all concerned about the legal implication and effects on their business,” says Mario B., founder of RhinoPays. “Now more than ever, these modifications are reality, and so we believe it is appropriate to create a forum where individuals can come together to rant, chat, and get more information about it all.”
RhinoPays says the company has decided to take a more lighthearted approach to dealing with the legislation, given the amount of pressure the industry has received of late.
“Everyone in the adult industry has been tense and stressed about this very serious issue,” says Mario. “We basically decided to lighten up the mood and take a humorous approach and poke fun at a law that somewhat ‘blows.’”
Humor aside, Mario stresses that the team at RhinoPays is taking the law seriously, but wants the most important element of the board to be providing an opportunity for webmasters and performers to vent their frustrations about the legislation while staying informed.
According to Mario, although the board is in “newbie stage,” response has been positive, and as an incentive, the site will be holding a number of promotions during the launch.
