LOS ANGELES—SceneLocker, a cloud storage and file transfer system tailored to the needs of adult content creators, has extended its closed Beta test at its website SceneLocker.com.
With age verification legislation proposals increasing across the country, traditional cloud storage platforms will feel increasing pressure to drop ties to anything adult-related, a company representative explained.
“With its mandated proof of age requirement, SceneLocker is designed for—and only for—adults who create video content and is custom-tailored to their content storage/sharing needs,” the representative added.
Prioritizing reliability, security and privacy, SceneLocker is a personal storage vault with the ability to create quick single use links to share stored files in a safe and secure way between creators and collaborators.
“We at SceneLocker are excited to announce that we are extending our beta for established content creators,” said Matt Slayer, editor/creator, host of the "And Now We Drink" podcast, and SceneLocker co-founder. “The input of creators, after giving SceneLocker a spin on their own workflows, has been invaluable.
“We feel the input from the community will help us shape the product even further to be the number one resource for creators. If you have a good idea, and it plays, we will implement it. In return, participating testers will receive one terabyte of free storage for the duration of the Beta and up to a 20 percent pricing discount at launch,” Slayer added.
Creators can register securely at SceneLocker.com. A SceneLocker representative will email approved adult creators to let them know that they have been accepted.
