LOS ANGELES—Chaturbate hosted its four-day CB15 anniversary retreat from April 20–23, bringing together creators from across the platform for an all-expense-paid experience centered on community, education and wellness.
”We would not be here today without our global creator community,” Chaturbate COO Shirley Lara said. “This celebration was about giving back to the people at the forefront of everything we’ve done in 15 years—and everything yet to come. What we shared at CB15 is all part of Chaturbate’s ongoing commitment to building tools, resources and experiences that empower creators at every stage of their careers.”
For many attendees, the retreat offered a rare opportunity to connect with peers in person, sharing their personal stories with the platform and the impact it has had on their lives and careers.
Chaturbate model Alexxx Coal said, “Chaturbate has changed my life entirely. It introduces you to a whole world of awesome people. Thank you guys for bringing us all together here.
“This is the nicest co-ed, super-chill event I have ever attended—it’s free-form, but then the workshops are amazing. No notes,” Coal added.
“CB15 has been amazing,” Mary Moody enthused. “Thank you so much for this and for changing my life for the better.”
Leana Lovings (Naughtynightlover) agreed, saying, “I started on Chaturbate in 2017, when I was still a college student. Chaturbate paved a future for me where I could explore my sexuality in a way that benefitted me financially, in a way that enriched me and changed me fundamentally as a person. I’ve made so many wonderful friends on Chaturbate. I’m a porn star now, but I continue to stream on Chaturbate because of the blossoming relationship I have with my fans here and the way they can still connect with me as a person.”
The keynote address from MelRose Michaels, titled “How to Build a Career on Your Own Terms,” further encouraged creators to more strongly value their work and leverage their entrepreneurial skills.
According to Michaels, “CB15 was an artful demonstration of what happens when you’re a creator-first company—celebrating your creators and supporting their journey to success at every turn. It was so beautiful to be a part of.”
Attendees participated in a mix of hands-on workshops, panels and networking opportunities, designed to support both creative and financial growth. Livestreamed sessions were also available via Chaturbate’s Creator Academy room.

The retreat also offered an early look at upcoming platform developments, as well as direct access to Chaturbate leadership through an open Q&A focused on future innovation.
“I went to both of the lunch-and-learns—and it was very informative and interesting,” said Lana Del Bae. “I am loving all the new tools and updates. It’s really cool that you guys are always striving for the best for us—thank you for everything. CB15 was very special and amazing.”
As the retreat drew to a close, enthusiasm remained high, organizers said.

“Everything was organized beautifully, and I felt really happy and inspired to be there,” said CindyLuv. “It was my first experience like this, and I truly enjoyed it.”
