Sliquid Launches B2B Educational Resource Portal ‘Sliquid HQ’

DALLAS—Sliquid has launched Sliquid HQ, “a next-generation B2B partner portal built to support retail partners, healthcare practitioners, distributors, media collaborators and brand partners with a centralized hub of education, marketing resources and growth tools” a company rep said.

Sliquid HQ provides partners with detailed product and ingredient education, including formulation standards, marketplace positioning and transparent ingredient breakdowns, alongside downloadable marketing and merchandising assets for in-store, digital and campaign execution.

The platform also expands partner capabilities with the ability to request virtual and in-person trainings, ensuring ongoing education and support, as well as sample requests for medical partners through the Sliquid Medical Partners Program.

Retailers can request in-store marketing materials, including counter cards, banners and additional merchandising tools, while all partners gain access to a consistently updated asset library featuring pre-made digital content and campaign assets released in alignment with key marketing timelines.

Further enhancing the platform is Lampy, a proprietary AI content generator trained on Sliquid branding. Designed as a crowd-sourcing tool for digital asset creation, Lampy enables partners to efficiently generate on-brand marketing materials, reinforcing consistency across all channels while reducing the time and resources needed to execute campaigns.

At the center of the digital ecosystem is the Sliquid Certified Expert Training Course, a cornerstone feature designed to "elevate product knowledge across all partner touchpoints,” the rep added. The course includes 13 modules covering all Sliquid-branded products and is structured in an easy-to-navigate, self-paced format that supports both new and existing retail and distributor employees.

The program provides a clear understanding of formulations, ingredients and product positioning. Upon successful completion, which includes passing all multiple-choice quizzes at the end of each module video, participants are recognized as Sliquid Certified Experts and receive a Sliquid Certified Expert t-shirt, a branded enamel pin, and the ability to select a Sliquid product of their choosing, all shipped directly to them. Participants also receive an official certificate of completion, which can be requested by retail and sales management teams to verify staff training and ensure consistent product knowledge across organizations.
