BIELEFELD, Germany—The German group around Triple A/EIS/Satisfyer has reached an agreement with Love Digital Factory Spain (LDFS), the company behind Platanomelon.com, the top specialized online retailer of sex toys in Spain.
The top-selling Satisfyer pressure wave vibrators are protected by several patents, including European Patent No. 3228297. As part of the settlement, LDFS has withdrawn its opposition to this patent at the European Patent Office and will solely sell Satisfyer pressure wave devices in the future.
