LOS ANGELES—New details have emerged related to Mia Ventura's arrest Tuesday in Beverly Hills. Ventura was arrested on a felony warrant for theft, which was filed by the Indio Police Department (IPD) in a high-value robbery that took place at an Airbnb within Indio city limits.
The crime took place during the Coachella music festival in 2025, according to the New York Post.
Reports indicate that when Ventura was arrested, a court-ordered ankle monitor appeared missing from her person, leading the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office to file a misdemeanor charge for violating a court order. A Los Angeles judge ordered Ventura to be held without bail due to the missing ankle monitor, notes the Los Angeles Times.
The Indio warrant was filed by Sgt. Abe Plata of IPD. According to the affidavit for the warrant, Plata and the IPD detectives were able to prove that Ventura stole more than $10,000 worth of property from a person's Tesla. Surveillance footage from the Airbnb captured the theft in action. Ventura stole a Rolex worth $8,600, Louis Vuitton sunglasses worth $700, and a card holder from the same designer worth nearly $2,000. The Indio case will be handled by Riverside County prosecutors as she continues to face theft charges in Los Angeles.
Of note, the New York Post is also reporting that Stephen Cloobeck, a billionaire real estate developer, called off his engagement with Ventura after what sources told the tabloid was a whirlwind romance. Cloobeck was arrested in May on a felony witness tampering charge for allegedly attempting to sway Ventura's Los Angeles theft case.
Ventura is currently in holding at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California. As noted above, she was denied bail by a judge at the LAX Courthouse.
The Los Angeles case against Ventura originated in March, when she was charged with six felonies to which she pleaded not guilty. She stands accused of using dating apps and cultivating relationships to burglarize and steal from older men and younger women throughout the Los Angeles area, including Westlake Village and West Hollywood.
Ventura, who has touted herself as the "first" top OnlyFans model of Israeli origin, was featured as the July 2023 Penthouse Pet of the Month.
