Oliver Flynn Jailed After Alleged Assault of Maddy May

DENVER/LOS ANGELES—Maddy May told AVN she was assaulted by fellow adult performer Oliver Flynn on Friday at her home located in a suburb of Denver, Colo. Flynn was held at Douglas County jail the Robert A. Christensen Justice Center in Castle Rock, Colo.

He faced a court hearing on Saturday and was released on bond. Flynn is being charged with misdemeanor assault with two domestic violence enhancements to the charge. It is standard in Colorado that domestic violence prompts the court to issue protection orders and demand surrender of any guns owned by the accused.

Flynn is due in court for a post-bond appearance on August 26. May told AVN that she will ask the court to mandate that he undergo a mental health evaluation and anger management, be placed on probation, and have a restraining and full no-contact protection order imposed.

Flynn was arrested in Parker, Colo., according to his inmate documents seen by AVN. Flynn and May had been dating since November 2024, but she said that she noticed him starting to become verbally and physically abusive toward her after he moved into her home in February of this year.

According to May, she was extremely fearful of Flynn during the incident. She said that he punched through a door and forced it open, slamming it into her side and leaving her with marks on her legs.

"He’s threatened to take my life or both of ours before," May told AVN. "I've been scared for my safety or my life many times from him. And I don't mean just from yelling."

Flynn had not responded to a request for comment from AVN as of post time.

May was nominated for AVN Female Performer of the Year in both 2023 and 2024. She has been active in the adult entertainment industry since 2019, appearing first in a release for Twistys. She has appeared in over 300 scenes for major studios and brands like Brazzers, Jules Jordan Video, Elegant Angel and Adult Time.

May said that she stepped away from the industry to pursue a career in boxing with the Creator Fight League.

Flynn has been active in the industry since 2018. A one-time contract performer for Vixen Media Group, he's also starred in releases from studios and brands including Bang Bros, Reality Kings, Team Skeet and more.
