LOS ANGELES—Adult starlet Mia Ventura faces six felony charges and is currently required to wear an ankle monitor until she is arraigned early next month, noted the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in a Tuesday press release. She now faces trial and a jury of her peers.
"At her trial, we will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this defendant exploited trust built through online relationships to gain access to victims’ homes and steal from them," district attorney Nathan J. Hochman said. "Her ability to deceptively influence others, whether in person or online, has now come to an end.
"Our office is committed to holding accountable anyone who uses deception and manipulation to prey on others," Hochman added.
According to Hochman's office, a judge held Ventura on two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information, two counts of grand theft, one count of first-degree residential burglary with a person present, and one count of first-degree residential burglary.
All of these are felonies, for which she pleaded not guilty before the Van Nuys Courthouse. She will be officially arraigned on April 6 in Department F of the courthouse.
The case number is 25VWCF01988. She previously pleaded not guilty to all charges. She stands accused of using dating apps and cultivating relationships to burglarize and steal from older men and younger women throughout the Los Angeles area, including Westlake Village and West Hollywood.
As AVN reported, Ventura, who has touted herself as the "first" top OnlyFans model of Israeli origin, was featured as the July 2023 Penthouse Pet of the Month.
