SEATTLE—Law enforcement officials announced last week the arrest of Nikita Tyukalo, a 21-year-old man, in Bellevue, Washington, on four felony charges of human trafficking in the second degree, one count of leading organized crime, and one count of money laundering. Tyukalo is held in the King County Jail on a $5 million bond.
Tyukalo was booked into the King County Jail on June 4 after Bellevue Police Department investigators executed a search warrant and SWAT raid on the home on June 3.
Tyukalo is accused of leading a human trafficking scheme that presented itself as a creator talent agency and management firm called Nova Talent Management. According to a statement and filings by the Bellevue Police Department, Tyukalo operated this criminal enterprise out of a rental property dubbed the local "party house" and "OnlyFans house."
Other properties, including rentals and apartments, were disclosed in court documents reviewed by AVN.
The investigation was initiated in Fall 2025 after the Bellevue Police Department received numerous noise complaints and 911 calls from surrounding neighbors.
Officers soon learned that the rental home was being used to host extravagant parties broadcast on adult-content platforms, where potentially underage women were being coerced into participating in online sex work. More recently, the police department responded to more than 100 incidents at the home.
These reports included assaults, weapons complaints, reckless driving charges, DUI-related offenses, and minors in possession of alcohol. Events hosted at the home sometimes exceeded a maximum of 300 people, including individuals who were identified as under the age of 18. Joe Nault, a captain with the Bellevue Police Department, shared in a statement, "Officers witnessed numerous parents dropping off high-school-aged children at this home, likely unaware of the environment and activities taking place inside."
Wendell Shirley, the Bellevue Police Department chief, added, "The activity associated with this residence significantly disrupted the quality of life for the surrounding neighborhood, is unacceptable, and it will not be tolerated in our community.” Some of those who reported to law enforcement—known in filings as AC, MK, HV, HZ—received protection orders.
Tyukalo was also ordered to have no contact with several of the prosecution witnesses and "uncharged co-conspirators," including Kamal Muhammad, Cory Conner, Colton Oyster, Kaiden Kingsley, Bijan Namavar, Jack Mehl and Karmine Ohlde. He is also ordered by the court not to possess or own firearms or dangerous weapons, and to have no access to social media, websites used for dating and casual hookups, or websites or apps that offer commercial sexual services or sexual chatting, not limited to OnlyFans and Chaturbate.
The investigation is ongoing, a representative for the Bellevue Police Department confirmed to AVN Tuesday. Detective Alexander Slusser leads the investigation, according to records.
In the narrative report provided by the court, Slusser recollected executing a search warrant on the Bellevue home after the police SWAT team apprehended Tyukalo "without incident." Investigators seized more than 300 cell phones, over 50 laptops, financial and banking records, ledgers and content planning materials.
The investigating officers also say that they impounded a pair of luxury vehicles, including a McLaren sports car. A search warrant and arrest were derived from evidence gathered by investigators that included interviews with a class of women who are identified as Tyukalo's victims.
Detectives were told by the women that they were locked out of their OnlyFans, Chaturbate and social accounts that were created in their names, and thus couldn't access their earnings.
Some of these proved to be high-earnings accounts, including six-figure sums. Det. Sussler noted, "AC informed Tyukalo that she had earned more than $250K in one year and demanded some of the money. Tyukalo refused to give AC any money, the login information for her OnlyFans account, and refused to delete any explicit media of AC."
Tyukalo also allegedly threatened performers with violence and many times hurt them with violence. For example, Det. Sussler's report recollects an incident where the victim, HZ, was caught speaking to unapproved "other males" after he went through her phone. He punished her in front of ML and others by forcing HZ to crawl "like a dog" while he cocked a gun pointed at her. "ML stated that during this, HZ was 'bawling her eyes out' and was 'scared to death,'" Sussler documented. "I asked ML about the presence of firearms in the residence; she replied: 'oh, everywhere ... everywhere.' She noted numerous 'big, big black guns' described by ML as 'ARs' being in every room, in addition to Tyukalo and Connor having handguns."
Note that alleged co-conspirator Cory Conner was on-site when the Bellevue Police Department executed the search warrant on the mansion. Conner was detained for follow-up and potential charges.
Kamal Muhammad was identified by the victim, HV, as a "manager of sorts with Nova Talent," though he reported to and received direction from Conner and Tyukalo. HV told Det. Sussler that the agency operates through Muhammad's involvement, which includes "all account setups, managing payroll, and 'communicating with 'VAs' (virtual assistants)."
"HV explained that the virtual assistants were 'chatters' from different countries (believed to be the Philippines or Southeast Asia), who would ‘engage in message communications 24/7 with male users on OnlyFans," recollects Det. Sussler in the filing. "The goal of this was to constantly promote and engage with potential OnlyFans subscribers and field requests for custom content, which the females would then be responsible for fulfilling."
Sussler adds, "HV stated that females, at the direction and with Muhammad's assistance, would complete their required verification processes of the respective platforms. Once the accounts were created, the passwords for these accounts would be changed so that the females would not be able to access their own accounts."
The performers were typically recruited through social media accounts and promises of a multi-million-dollar lifestyle and trips around the world. Tyukalo allegedly told one of the victims that he helped change women's lives by managing their OnlyFans accounts "like an agency" and promised his victims "a substantial amount of money."
