“Recognizing and Addressing Exploitation,” presented by Siouxsie Q—Practical steps for responding to suspected exploitation, understanding informed consent and accessing resources for support or reporting abuse.

“Understanding Consent and Communication,” presented by Codi Vore—Guiding performers through setting boundaries, establishing clear expectations, and exercising their right to withdraw consent at any time.

“Based on creator feedback and drawing on The Cupcake Girls’ experience supporting sex industry workers, the topics were selected to address real-world challenges performers commonly face in their careers. This second season also marks Aylo’s final collaboration with The Cupcake Girls, following the organization’s difficult decision to dissolve amid the challenging financial landscape facing non-profits,” an Aylo rep said.

“The Cupcake Girls have had a profound impact on the sex work community through their tireless advocacy and support,” said Alex Kekesi, VP Brand and Community at Pornhub. We are both proud and grateful to be able to collaborate on a final project that gives performers another resource to make informed decisions about their work and sheds light on the real-world issues sex workers can face.

“Working alongside The Cupcake Girls to support sex workers through our partnership has been a meaningful privilege, and their legacy of community service will continue through the communities they have served and the valuable resources they created, including this series.  The Cupcake Girls were a trusted community for sex workers and independent content creators and a lifeline for empowering performers, promoting information, and ensuring their safety. Their important work will be missed by the community,” Kekesi added.

“We are incredibly proud of the continued production of these educational videos, developed in close collaboration with Aylo to provide adult content creators with practical, judgment-free tools for navigating their careers,” said Ash Miller, interim executive director of The Cupcake Girls

“The Cupcake Girls has been proud to add our support and expertise to honor the autonomy, dignity and real-world needs of performers and creators," Miller continued. "While our doors are closing, the need for this vital work remains urgent. We hope these videos serve as a lasting resource, and we implore the community and its allies to continue fiercely supporting sex workers by investing in and advocating for the other grassroots support organizations that carry this mission forward.”
