White Tiger Releasing has reached a tentative agreement with Netherlands-based Multi-Stock BV for exclusive distribution rights for the European market.
The exclusive distribution deal allows for hetero company Multi-Stock to have sole rights to certain lines in the White Tiger fleet of films. “We will start with a four month contract to see if it’s going to work," said Multi-Stock owner Dennis Heynen. "This is a new relationship between White Tiger and Multi-Stock and we never distributed gay films before, but we like the quality of films White Tiger offers.”
Four-month-old White Tiger is the U.S. distributor for D&E Productions, PrideStudios/ CircleJerkBoys, Surfside Studios, EON Films, Happy Ending Pictures, and Seymore Dicks Presents.
“We shouldn’t have any problems at all stocking gay titles and promoting and marketing them in the European market," said Heynen. "This opens a whole new market for us."
White Tiger is now exploring distribution possibilities for its titles in Canada and South America, company owner Rob Ragan said.
