SAN DIEGO, Calif.—Mpact Global, an organization advancing queer health and human rights, has launched Q Collab. The new bilingual educational initiative brings together adult content creators from across the globe to strengthen community ties and promote positive sexual health messaging.
“At a time when stigma and misinformation continue to affect queer communities worldwide, Q Collab taps into the unique role creators play as trusted, direct-to-audience voices who can deliver culturally relevant health information in spaces where traditional public health messaging often falls short,” an organization spokesperson said.
“Queer Collab builds a relationship between Mpact and adult content creators to pursue the common goal of improving the health and wellness of our community,” said Alex Garner, senior director of strategic initiatives and communications. “They can leverage their social media expertise to reach their audience and together we can create key health messages that can educate and empower gay, bi, queer men.”
As part of the initiative, Mpact has already convened groups of creators with a combined audience of over six million viewers across key global regions, including a Latin American group in Brazil in January 2025, and a European group in Barcelona, Spain, in March of this year.
The Latin American gathering brought together creators from across the region to address shared challenges across healthcare access, stigma and sex work, including Gabriel Antonio, Markin Wolf, Léo, G del Diablo, Pixie Pixie, Faybian Grizzle, Tobi, Lucas and Pollo Pérez. The working meeting focused on collaborating on strategies to foster community among creators and effective ways to develop and distribute health promotion messages.
The European gathering in Barcelona included Alex Brand, Caio Rodrigues, Danny Azcona, Pablo Bravo, Tony Silver, Viktor Rom, Justin Jett, John Thomas, Andy Toro and Daniel Shoneye for a day of strategizing and collaboration. Participants explored topics including migration, legal protections, mental health and the balance between sex work and personal life.
“Working with Mpact showed me how I can use my platform in the adult industry to encourage open conversations about sexual health, mental health, PrEP and HIV treatment and hopefully make a positive impact," said Jett, a Barcelona-based bi OnlyFans creator who participated in the European event.
Content developed through Q Collab will roll out across participants’ social media platforms in the coming months, culminating in a broader campaign to be unveiled at the International AIDS Conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in July. To view Q Collab video clips, visit the Mpact YouTube page.
“By partnering directly with creators who have built large audiences, Q Collab reflects Mpact’s ongoing commitment to innovative, community-led approaches that center lived experience and amplify trusted voices,” the spokesperson added. “For more than 20 years, Mpact has worked to improve the health and human rights of gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men globally, focusing on expanding access to care, reducing stigma and strengthening community systems.”
