Jet Set Productions, which released the long-awaited Wet Palms 7-9 Season One-finale suite of episodes as a three-DVD deluxe box set on December 12, announced today that each episode is now also available individually.
According to Jet Set's Mark Hovanec, this "first-time ever" sales plan applies to all nine episodes of the award-winning gay XXX comedy series, and "allows buyers to build their collections at their own pace or to choose a favorite episode or sex scenes."
The three newest episodes contain six full-length sex scenes and DVD extras that include more than 600 gallery images, downloadable MP-3 music files (of the dance/sex scene music tracks), the world-premiere of central character Gabriel Knight’s music video, “Something I Should Have Said,” and a downloadable PDF file of the annotated director's script. "The script's on-set notes were so thorough, thanks to the script supervisor, that we decided to include a copy of it as a fun DVD extra," Hovanec said.
In addition to series regulars Michael Soldier, Brad Benton, Jason Ridge, Ethan Marc, Rob Romoni, Bret Wolfe, Rod Barry, and Gabriel Knight, Wet Palms 7-9 includes sex performances by guest stars Marcus Iron, Nick Capra, Jason Crew, Dante Foxx, Barrett Long, Drew Peters, and Pete Ross.
Also returning to the ensemble cast are Gus Mattox as Wet Palms' laid back owner, Randall Jett, and legendary Zak Spears as ruthless Jett Family patriarch, JP Jett.
Hovanec, also the series' producer, noted, "Episodes 7-9 are the piece de resistance of the series. While 1-6 were critically acclaimed, 7-9 has its legs: The actors are comfortably in their skins, their characters. The show's audience acceptance allowed for increased budgets and production values. It's destined to become a classic, a video set for any serious collector. It's a fun romp, a good story with some nice penetration. It doesn't get better than that."
