Disruptive Films’ Feature ‘Pledge Daddy’ Bows With ‘Discipline’

MONTREAL, Quebec—Disruptive Films new movie, Pledge Daddy, “kicks off with a hard reset in and a serious wake-up call for one of this year’s cockiest pledges,” in a scene titled “Discipline,” a description reads.

“Reed Blackwell (Andrew Delta) might have the looks, the charm and the confidence to turn heads around campus, but President Brody Montgomery (Jayden Marcos) isn’t impressed," the description continues. "Word is, Reed’s been stirring shit, breaking rules, and repping DOME in all the wrong ways. And that’s not something Montgomery takes lightly. So what does he do? He puts the pressure on Pledge Dad Bennett Sutherland (Johnny Donovan) to bring Reed back in line. Bennett’s not the type to give second chances … and he definitely doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty.”

Delta said playing Reed meant unlocking his inner frat menace: “He loves stirring the pot. He wants attention—but knows just how far to push without getting kicked out.”

In real life, Delta revealed, “I’m laid back and agreeable, so this was fun—just the opposite of who I am. I gave Reed some of my teenage rebellion but cranked the volume all the way up.”

Pledge Daddy’s “Discipline” is available now, only on Disruptive Films.
