Carnal Media Publicly Launches ‘Carnal All-Stars’ Program

LAS VEGAS—Carnal Media today publicly unveils the Carnal All-Stars Program, a multi-layered initiative dedicated to helping performers thrive not just on set, but as independent business people.

The program offers performers strategic support in scaling their personal platforms, content portfolios and public presence by way of education, connection and development across all platforms and revenue channels.

At the heart of the All-Stars Program is Carnal Academy, a bi-weekly business and creator development session co-led by Carnal’s leadership and performers. These sessions deliver exclusive, insider insights from across the adult industry, spotlighting topics such as:

• New revenue channels and platform-specific strategies
OnlyFans/JFF growth techniques
• Tools for re-engaging lapsed fans and building subscription longevity
• Social media algorithm trends and "sticky content" marketing
• Topical legal and financial developments

This year’s guest speakers have included some of the industry’s most influential voices, including Alison Boden, executive director of the Free Speech Coalition, who spoke directly with All-Stars about age verification laws and the evolving legal landscape for creators. Additional headliners are scheduled throughout the year.

Several times each year, Carnal hosts exclusive creator events at Carnal House—a studio-managed, STD-tested environment where All-Stars shoot content with full rights and creative control. These collaborative events are designed to help performers build their content libraries and form strategic relationships with other creators.

“Carnal All-Star events and Carnal House collabs are where creative ideas, business strategies and performer relationships all come together,” said Carnal All-Star and exclusive Cole Blue. “It’s exactly the kind of innovative, collaborative space we need as adult entrepreneurs.”

The Carnal All-Stars Program functions as part of a dual-tier system alongside Carnal’s Exclusives Program. While All-Stars enjoy flexible engagement and scalable support, Carnal exclusives receive intensive, hands-on mentorship—including onboarding, one-on-one coaching, and participation in Carnal’s internal Entrepreneurs Program for adult creators.

Some performers begin as All-Stars and graduate into the Exclusives Program as their businesses mature and their brand strategies solidify.

"At Carnal, we don’t just shoot with our performers—we invest in them," said Carnal Media CEO Legrand Wolf. "The Carnal All-Stars Program is about giving creators every tool they need to build something lasting. Whether it’s growing their fansite revenue or developing their own brand, we’re here to help them go further, faster, and on their terms."

Alan Breslaw, Carnal Media’s chief marketing officer, added, "This isn’t just a studio—it’s a launchpad. Performers are the future of this industry, and Carnal is building the infrastructure that puts their business first. From collabs to coaching, we’re unlocking new levels of success—together."
