SAN FRANCISCO - AtomicMen.com has been redesigned and re-launched as a social networking site.
Among the changes to the Web destination are a new homepage look and "feel," simplified menus, daily updates to the blog and the addition of third-party applications including a Twitter widget.
"It's hard to stay on top of your daily networking, with dozens of applications synching your phone, friends, nightlife and computer, so AtomicMen.com is here to help," a spokesman for the website said.
With the new features, members may add their Twitter "handles" into their profiles, update their "Activity Status" remotely, download AtomicMen.com applications to their phones, add Flickr or Picasa photos to their profiles and connect their profiles to partner profiles.
"Over the next few weeks, while launching these exciting features, AtomicMen.com will be upgrading features you already love as part of your online adult experience," the spokesman said.
Included in the list of upgraded or soon-to-be upgraded features are instant messaging, webcam chat with or without audio, the ability to add or delete larger personal video clips, and monthly AtomicMen mixers at favorite watering holes. The mixers will begin April 5 with a kickoff party at MJ's Bar in Silverlake, Calif., the spokesman said.
