Last night at a ceremony in the Metro Theater in Chicago, the winners of the 2019 Grabbys were revealed. The show, hosted by Chi Chi LaRue and Honey West, marked the 20th anniversary of this venerable gay porn awards event.
Two stars took home the title of Performer of the Year: Calvin Banks and Michael Roman. Another pair of double winners were announced for Best Newcomer: Max Adonis and Alam Wernik. Joey Mills was named Best Twink Performer, and Pheonix Fellington got the nod as Best Versatile Performer.
Among the movies honored were All Saints (Cockyboys), Black on White (Noir Male), The Slutty Professor (NakedSword), Vegas Nights (Helix) and Zack & Jack Make A Porno (Falcon).
Also notable was the posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award honors given to Mark Nagel, co-founder of the Grabbys.
