Chuck Vincent is known for good stories and good acting. Voyeur follows this tradition. Although it is not his best story, it makes up for that by having very hot sex. He chose his actors for their ability to perform well in both dialog and sex scenes and gets a terrific performance from star Sheri St. Clair. .

The story concerns Julius Kurtz (Robert Bullock), a shady ex-cop who drives a cab. Quentin Jones (Jack Wrangler), a passenger he saves from a pocket-picking hooker, offers him the job of finding out more about the mysterious Lauren Aldrich (St. Clair ), who is buying up stock in Quentin's client's company. Julius gets a video camera and begins to spy on the beautiful, over-sexed Lauren, getting more and more caught up in the heat of her wild sex life and his role as voyeur.

The sex is wild and wooly, done with imagination and a touch of kink. Lauren does a sizzling masturbation scene for her boyfriend/bodyguard, a fiery three-way with Tish Ambrose and Michael Knight (hired help for a party) and a raw lust scene with Anthony Casino (a convict), to name a few. Julius gets involved from behind his camera to the point of obsession and finds himself unable to perform with his girlfriend (Taija Rae). He jerks off on a statue of Lauren in a strange, hot scene and is forced into a male rape scene with a horny policewoman that really works.
