From the cast credits, it looks like Vivid's been sitting on this odd little vid for a few years. Wonder why? The story's interesting, and the sex is good.

Janine plays a recently-retired porn star who's having trouble adjusting to civilian life. In the middle of a decent all-girler with Daisy Chain and Keri Windsor, Janine is haunted by the specter of a dark man (Thanatos?) watching her. Leaving Los Angeles for her sister Renee LaRue's home in Middle America proves to be no haven for Janine, as she's surrounded by LaRue's abusive husband Tony Tedeschi, their weird housemate Ian Daniels and Daniels' sly girlfriend Inari Vachs. Turns out there's trouble in the Midwest - Tedeschi's sharing his schlong with local butt-slut Anastasia Blue and Daniels is secretly obsessed with Janine-the-porn star (when Janine finds out, she has a great nightmare about Vachs wearing a promo shot of Janine with the eyes and mouth cut out over her face while blowing Daniels).

Tragedy strikes after Vachs seduces Janine and allows her to insert dildos into her pussy and ass. We won't give away the ending; suffice it to say it's sufficiently Don't Fear (the Reaper)-ish to please the morbid-minded sex-with-story fans.
