Under Victoria's Heels covers all of the necessary trampling bases and does it well. The trampled dude spends the duration of the trampling blindfolded, lying flat on his back, with a collar and leash around his neck. For the next half hour, Victoria - dressed in a barely-there vinyl outfit and spiked heels - does everything just shy of cracking his ribs.

First she tramples some food and makes him lick her shoes clean. Then she tramples his torso with her spiked heels, making extra sure to grind her heels into his flesh. And when the shoes come off, Victoria mashes the dude's chest and stomach like he's a barrel of grapes.
