As director Tristan Taormino notes at the beginning of her latest sex ed video, "Orgasms feel great, and they can also reduce stress, relieve headaches, increase your chance of conceiving, and bring you to a higher level of consciousness. They can be pretty powerful."

The five scenes which follow certainly demonstrate that concept, and Taormino's commentary before and after each scene puts the lessons of the scene in context, as do the porn stars explaining what orgasms feel like to them—and from what we've seen and heard of sex in the outside (non-porn) world, they're lessons that a lot of people should pay attention to. (For instance, who knew how many different types of orgasms there are?)

There's a good half-hour of teaching before the sex scenes begin, and before each couple starts theirs, the women talk about their orgasmic experiences, and the men add their perspectives as well.

As the sex goes, most of it here is pretty damned good, since one purpose of the scene is to bring the woman to orgasm, and they clearly have them. (How many adult movies can say that?) We're hard-pressed to pick a "best scene," but certainly, the Katie St. Ives/Sean Michaels match-up is one of them. He begins by stimulating her with oral and a g-spot stimulator, then they move on to cowgirl, mish and side-saddle, with Katie helping things along with her vibe—all great!
