This video is actually the sequel to How to Impersonate a Woman, and just like its predecessor, turns out to be a sales pitch by Michael Salem for his wares. In this installment, we actually see Karen Dior "transform" Bill Fenway into "Virginia" while Michael chats it up in the background. The only "secret" revealed on this video is to what lengths Mr. Salem will go to promote his products. The tape itself isn't that bad, but the misleading title and accompanying box blurb may cause customers to be dissatisfied unless forewarned.
