Some may have a little trepidation about watching this thing, and that's understandable ... the sight of yellow body paint covered people fucking simply isn't going to sit well with everyone. But the fact is, it's really not as unsettling as you might think, and for anyone who's had Buck Adams' 1995 freak show Beaver & Buttface permanently burned into their skull, Simpsons: The XXX Parody will seem like dazzlingly erotic stroke fodder by comparison.
The premise is quite simple: Homer borrows Flanders' video camera, and Marge is titillated by the idea of getting frisky in front of it like the celebrities do. Along the way, they view a McBain porn-parody-within-a-porn-parody, and Homer hands the camera off to Moe, who secretly records his own fling with real estate agent Cookie Kwan.
All the interaction between Homer and Marge is shot either from his point of view, or with him off in another room, so the most we really see of him is his schlong and his gut. The decision to keep him (or the majority of him) out of frame must have been due at least partially to his voice being provided—and uncannily so—by the unseen Josh Thomas, while Anthony Rosano supplies the stunt cock.
Mr. and Mrs. Simpson have two sexual encounters: an incomplete b.j. toward the beginning (no popshot? huh?) and a full, mostly POV sex scene that closes things out. Andy San Dimas does an admirable job of emulating Marge's raspy voice—particularly her signature chortle—and she truly remains stupendously sexy, even with yellow skin and blue hair. (Though hearing her screech, "You like the way I suck your cock, Homie?" might be a little off-putting.) James Deen, Evan Stone and Eddie Adams are equally impressive as Moe, McBain and Flanders, respectively.
There are some really good laughs here, as well, very much in keeping with the spirit of the long-running show. Granted, this might find itself serving more as entertainment for drunken frat boys than as actual arousal material, but either way, it ain't a bad watch.
