Imagine crossing Monty Python-style humor with Benny Hill's madcap lust, and stuff it all in a blender with the visual psychotropics of '60s Haight-Ashbury - when acid was pure and potent. The Perv Parlor is a visual eruption from England, extremely low on hardcore but ridiculously high on saturated color visuals.
The story involves some madcap gynecologist and his assistant trying to save an oversexed techno-Victorian England from destroying itself. But it looks like it was shot on 8mm, spliced together with a pair of Toys 'R Us scissors and then dubbed with nearly unintelligible dialogue as an afterthought.
This one definitely should be stocked in the oddities section.
