Chanel Preston is in a relationship with Derrick Pierce, but he travels a lot so their get-togethers are "like an affair, which—given my history—I needed." After talking about the affair with her therapist, Jay Smooth, Smooth's next client, Ana Foxxx, tells him she doesn’t mind that Smooth made a sex tape—in fact, it turns her on.

Preston prissily tells Silvia Saige that having an affair is the worst thing to do—even though Preston has been call-it-libertine in the past. When therapist Smooth tells Preston "secrets are good," she does an about-face and tells Saige to have the affair. "Already did," Saige chirps, and we get to see what happened in flashback with Saige and her boss Ryan McLane. "Welcome to The Mistress Club," Preston tells her.

When Riley Reyes confides in Preston that her husband is having an affair with a woman he listed in his phone as "Big Tits," Preston tells her that proof of an affair can give you a sense of control. 

"I don’t want control," Reyes tells Preston. "I want revenge."

"Don’t half-ass it," Preston tells her. 

Reyes goes home and confronts her husband—Derrick Pierce!—tying him to the bed because "You haven’t fucked me in months." He breaks the bonds and makes up for lost time with her. But afterwards, Reyes confronts him with the texts and tells him she used his phone to text "Big Tits" and told her to come over. Then she pulls out a gun. "She'll be here. Too bad you won't."
