When Kelly Payne finds out that some guy has been stealing her images and video footage to use on his Website, she takes the law into her own hands. She tracks him down, shows up at his apartment and threatens to call the authorities unless he gets naked from the waist down and puts himself over her knee.

Kelly then spends the next 40 minutes beating the dude's ass raw. She spanks him until his cheeks glow red.

She stands him up, takes out a leather strap and whacks him severely. And she finishes him off with the back of a hairbrush.
