Writer Joel Lawrence is sent by boss Tony Tedeschi to find out about the possibility of alien visitations, as if any of that matters when director/co-writer (with DCypher) Shawn Ricks characteristically mixes black-and-white with solarized color and richly saturated color while he mixes reality and hallucination and just for the hell of it throws in the angst of a man getting ready to have a baby with his wife. Plus some mad-scientist thing I never did figure out except it gave Herschel Savage a chance to get horizontal with his assistant.
Frank Bukkwyd is outstanding as an alien/nurse/doctor/gawd-knows-what and Ricks wisely uses veterans like Savage and Mike Horner for their acting abilities. Pre-noms for direction, script, music, videography, editing, Lawrence for acting. Bukkwyd is comedy relief here, so let's save his pre-nom for a real part.
