As a fictional theme, incest is one of the oldest and most venerated. While TCM4 is less along the lines of Oedipus than it is Eat a Puss, it manages to create an atmosphere continually fraught with sexual tension. You don't see that in too many Disney cartoons.

After having seduced his mother (Misako), Kazuhiko's perverse teenaged desires begin to run rampant. To keep her on a leash, he threatens to spill the whole torrid affair to his father, but an unexpected grain of sand becomes lodged in the salacious wheel: Emiko, his aunt. Strangely, yet highly appropriate is a subsequent turn of events: Misako becomes jealous of her sister and son getting it on! The dialogue and animation are just fair, but the overall graphic design and plot hooked us – and we haven't even seen the first three installments!

Retailing: Who knows, maybe that guy who's checking out the live-action Taboo series may want a look. ?
