Swedish Erotica, huh? There's so little dialogue here it might as well have been in Swedish. But there's a lot of sex, although not all that much erotica. Unless you're a freak for interracial activity, which is what three of these tapes' total of four sketches are all about. The other sketch, #70's "Snow Bound," gives that tape the higher rating simply because it features Taija Rae, who's built like a brick ski lodge. "Snow Bound" is also the only sketch with a neat little story line that, though very simple, is at least cute. Three white-as-the-driven-snow downhillers are stuck in a mountaintop cabin curing a storm. Kevin James, Chelsea and Taija don't need a St. Bernard to warm them up, but if one wandered in it might make an interesting foursome. #70's other sketch is notable only for James' ridiculous slow-motion orgasms.

Mauvais DeNoire is the most heavily featured black woman; she's in both sketches in #71. "Mauvais" is French for "bad," and Mauvais is baaad at French. However, her acting isn't baaad, it's bad. There's no point in recounting the plots, because they sound like something really Swedish, like an Ingmar Bergman film, and you might get the wrong idea that there's something going on here besides run-of-the-mill sex. At least the production values are decent on both tapes, except for the usual annoying shadows. There are many better volumes of Swedish Erotica . . . I've seen them.
