Though the rating may not suggest it, in many ways, Strippers Inc., the first feature of a multi-part mini-series, is probably Ona Zee's best effort
to date. But, while facilely at home with certain elements (it hits a convincing 2for 3 in the anal department), Strippers Inc. is obviously on call-waiting with others.
This is one of those occasions in adult video where the script shoots itself in the foot by attempting too much. It spreads itself over a lot of territory (picture a small jar of Miracle Whip covering Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico). It dutifully introduces a number of pole-oriented danseuses and establishes sub-plots for future episodes. But, in so doing, bodies commute on and off screen with the urgency of a Chinese fire drill or the call to a pager number — which is what this feature is all about to begin with — an outcall service run by Ona for strippers.
Sarah Jane Hamilton is the lead character, and she's in a plate breaking, achey-breaky, beauty and the beast relationship with a mechanic (E.Z.Ryder). Their bank balance is about two quarts low, so Sarah has to strip universally and fuck indiscriminately. Story to be continued, or so we gather.
From the Mitch Spinelli gratuitous sex scene file, comes the dramatically sequenced opener with stripper Nikki Sinn who gets the ol' stage door Johnny d.p. treatment from Nick East and London Tomlin. Since we tumble right into the sex action from the first frame, any viewer choosing to run to the kitchen for a bag of Doritos may be at a loss to fit this piece in the rationality puzzle. That the scene (a good one) bears a startling irrelevance to any subsequent activity is bad news for structuralists but happy times for Nikkiphiles.
Because these babes are so cosmetically suited for one another, the Melissa Hill/Sindee Cox bikini exchange yearns for more screen time and orneriness (there goes that Bruce Seven sensitivity I've developed, rearing it's ugly head). Instead, the scene comes off more like the all-girl revue of Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr on the beach in From Here To Eternity.
The anal scene between stripper Jordan Lee and Tim Lake flubs its potential impact with a bad angle of penetration shot, but the reverse cowgirl ass fucking that Randy West gives Lana Sands is searingly effective with an ultra-intense entry. Except, Randy offers visual proof why string bikini briefs are not a good idea for men over a certain age. Then again, if you're watching this feature to see West strut his ass (which he does), you're in the wrong ballpark.
A good feature to stock, especially for stores that have done well with T&A "dance" tapes.
