Marrissa Blade, Ashton Avehasun, and Juggalette are three everyday people who care enough about their health to spend time in the gym walking on treadmills and pumping away on stationary bikes. Once home, the workout doesn't end, however. In fact, it only begins.

Resting bonelessly on the floor of their home is Tread, their slightly doughy and none-too-bright submissive. The ladies get a good gym shoe cleaning from him before beginning their "stomp aerobics," using the impact absorbing quality of his abdomen, chest and face to protect their delicate feet. As is the tradition, they verbally abuse the poor sap while bouncing up and down, sometimes one-at-a-time, sometimes together, sometimes lightly, and sometimes with surprisingly force. At one point, Blade mounts a pogo stick and, with a little help from her friends, quite effectively puts Tread in his place.

Tread, dim but faithful to the end, lamely insists that the ladies are "light as a feather," and vainly requests a visit to the hospital.
