After 55 releases of basically the same exact manner of the same exact thing, this latest Assignment sequel isn't too convincingly "special" upon first perusal (at least on the outside). However, once the thing starts up, its content is immediately different and more engaging than most of its series predecessors. Unlike other street-flasher party vids, this production - subtitled "Miss Nude North America!!" - is an honest-to-goodness event documentary. It's Nudes-A-Poppin'!

Starting on the grass in front of a trickling pool-fountain, music blares as girls with numbered armbands bear their goods and spread for the fans (who are, thankfully, held at bay behind a chain-link fence). After 45 minutes of posturing, some of the honies introduce themselves (although superhot number 50 keeps her native Iowan identity a secret, blast it all!); and some stage-/pole-dancing precedes a little water action. A trophy presentation ends it.

Typically, 50 should've won everything but won nothing at all. And an Asian girl dispels that old myth, saying "We don't have a sideways pussy."

Retailing: Fans of the series should like this even better.
