The premise is promising: A mysterious latex fashion designer plans to put three potential models through their paces. Arrogant Jewell Marceau takes the opportunity to torment her fellows behind the designer's back. This leads to a combination of lovely girls in stylish fetish fashion with some dastardly ties, sprinkled with a little corporal punishment. So far, so good. Too bad the effort stops abruptly after an hour has passed, with no resolution to the story line.
