Retailers who cater to couples are missing out if they aren’t stocking titles from X-Art and Colette. Featuring scenes from the membership sites of the same name, this content has only been available on DVD the last six months or so, courtesy of a distribution deal with Adult Source Media, and it’s just the type of highly polished erotica that lovers can enjoy together.

Seasons of Love fills the bill for several reasons. First there’s the overall quality of the visuals, from the mood-setting intros—lovers hugging on urban streets, frolicking in the garden or exchanging Christmas presents—all the way through to the beautifully lit penetration shots and climaxes. And the sound mixing and editing are also up to the same level. But perhaps most important is the appeal of all the performers. The girls are hot, but they’re also approachable types many women can relate to, among them Marley Brinx, Ariana Marie and Adria Rae. The same can be said for Tyler Nixon and Michael Vegas—not to mention Jean Val Jean. (Really, who doesn’t want to watch his handsome face and sculpted torso in action?)

The scenes are uniformly pleasant, but for sheer enthusiasm Jenna J. Ross and Nixon have the edge. Their scene also feels the most intimate, as the two playfully disrobe and Ross begins jumping on the bed.
