In the first scene, Vince Benedetti ties auburn-haired, pale-skinned, voluptuous Scarlett to a black leather hammock, which is suspended from the basement ceiling by heavy-duty, bright silver chains. (She wears a heavy amount of eye make-up and looks a little like Shirley Manson from the band Garbage, though not as thin.) Legs akimbo, she wears black stockings, sheer black panties, high-heels and a ball-gag. She's also wearing some kind of small dress, and one of her tits is exposed. He leaves her alone for a bit to struggle. She whines and tries to maneuver a way free.
Later, as Benedetti ties her again, this time she's facedown on the floor with her legs bent backward. When she gets up onto her knees, he barks at her to keep still and to stop whimpering, roughly grabbing and smacking her tits. He also pulls her hair and slaps her crotch. Looking desperately into the camera lens, she grimaces and implores, "Help me." Unlike many struggle queens, her distress and fear seem very genuine.
Finally, she's again suspended by her ankles and arms, which are secured behind her back. She's facing the floor.
The second scene shows a shorthaired girl - who appears to be pregnant - standing on one leg, with her other leg tied to a support beam in a basement. In the last few minutes of the scene, she's seen handcuffed and roped to the water heater. (The struggling is rather lethargic and not terribly compelling.)
The DVD includes 30 minutes of bonus footage entitled "The Best of Struggle 5," which features a few different women in similar types of struggle and bondage scenarios.
