A kinky love triangle develops when Nica Noelle rents a room in a house belonging to single mom Randi James and her Lolita-esque daughter, played by Trinity Post. Nica has a staid, conservative appearance, but deep down she's a dirty girl who pays good money to watch young lesbians get it on.

Soon Noelle finds herself tangled up with James while secretly lusting after daughter Post. But before it's all over Noelle's curiosity for Post is fulfilled in the bedroom and we're left with a "To be continued..." as a final indication that this good story is going to continue in additional volumes.
