Everybody knows how ruthless the coaches at those Russian athletic schools can be. So when three girls slack off during a meet, their punishment is inevitable - and bound to be severe. That's the premise for this import tape, which makes up for its bad audio with entertaining subtitles. The production values are amateur and the editing sometimes a bit too choppy (and the trainer mixes up the names of her charges more than once), but when it comes to no-hold-barred spanking and humiliation, nobody can beat the Russkies. Coach makes the girls strip, jog around the gym and touch their toes before bending each one over a chair and delivering an exquisitely painful and thorough caning, reducing the girls to real tears.
