Two stories about abuse of power.
Cruising in the back seat of a car, Adria Rae and Tiffany Watson get busted by cop Dick Chibbles, who lets the guys with them go and then brings them to his house "to pick up something." He offers them something to drink—they refuse—and he pours himself something on the rocks. He sits and stares at them, stirring the drink with a finger. The tension mounts. When he asks to look in Rae's purse and she asks if he needs a warrant, he snaps, "Are you a lawyer?" Chibbles finds pills in one purse and says it's a Class-C Felony. When Chibbles threatens them with arrest—and telling their parents—Watson says, "There has to be something we can do." Pressed, Watson offers a handjob, then upgrades to a blowjob. When Rae demurs, Watson pep-talks her: "You have to be the best slut you can right now."
Watson takes the lead, but Chibbles takes pleasure in domming Rae, ramming his cock down her throat and pinching her nose closed as he snarls, "Hold your fuckin' breath!" and then giving Watson the same treatment. He pulls Watson's clothes off, ordering Rae to eat Watson's pussy with him. (Rae's grin as she faces off with Chibbles over Watson'e upturned pussy breaks character but adds a moment of relief to the sordid goings-on.) Chibbles fucks them both, trading off, until he finally blows across their faces. Although the scene includes several shots of Chibbles' gun and holster sitting unattended on the nearby coffee table, the foreshadowing doesn’t lead anywhere and the scene ends flat.
OD victim Madison Hart wakes up naked in Alex Legend's bed. Legend runs an unorthodox drug rehab clinic. When Hart offers to "do anything" to not stay for the full six week treatment, he points out that he doesn't have time for friends or personal relationships running the clinic. She takes the hint. Afterwards, while she's dressing, he points out a tray and says, "I fixed you something. You may want to check it out before you go." She lifts the plate cover and sees a spoon, a couple of syringes, and a baggie of white powder.
Desaturated color adds to the documentary look.
