Originally called Seymore & Shane Meet Kathy Willets, the disc has been retitled as few consumers are likely to remember Kathy Willets, a Florida sheriff's wife who was running a prostitution ring. The video isn't one of Seymore's best, focusing as it does on the somewhat dubious appeal (even less fervent now that her 15 minutes is over) of Willets.

The DVD looks like it might have started life as a game for Atari 2600. The entire disc is heavily pixelated, loaded with moire, and has horrible color (particularly skin tones). The disc lists several BS "extras" like "High-Definition Snatch Shaving" and "SuperCum with Shane." The "Hot Picture Gallery" promised on the package is nowhere to be found (though our review copy did feature, CD-style, Euro-pop club music as its B-side).
