Vivid's recent DVD releases seem to be geared to satisfy the demands of fans hungry for movies with their favorite Vivid Girls. Unfortunately, there just aren't that many great films starring Lexus (draw your own conclusions as to why), which has led to the DVD release o this lackluster film.

Sexual Outlaw isn't bad, it's just bland, and putting it on DVD has done nothing to alleviate the condition. The film looks pretty good, but gilding a bad apple doesn't change the fact that the fruit is rotten at the core.

Vivid also seems to have skimped a bit on the extras usually associated with their DVD releases. One example is the alternate angles; though promised on the package, they are notably absent.
