Ray Victory, shacked up in a hotel for the homeless with girlfriend Nina De Ponca, decides to run for mayor; so does white boy Johnny Ace, vowing to clean up the streets. Though married, Ace keeps Shelley Ray as his hotel honey on the side. Shelley may be the first girl who starts out naked and then gets dressed for sex.

There’s more political plot intrigue with Scott Irish controlling the power, but none of it gets in the way of the heat in this sexvid. Packed with good-looking actors and a good script from the directory, Icy Hot is a sturdy feature which should please male and female viewers alike. It even has safe sex, with Irish donning a condom for his sex scene with Shelley Ray. This well-conceived tape should rent well this spring.
