While a high class call girl who blackmails her clients is snuffed, the cops put a policewoman in her brothel, undercover.
Athena Massey (Out For Justice) is Cindy the undercover cop who sees this assignment as a chance to get over her inhibitions and experience her sexuality. Anthony Guidera and Tom Tayback are her partner and boss. Meg Foster (Carney, They Live, etc.) is the mysterious Mrs. V., who, as madam of the house, may know more than she lets on, and curvy Rene Riffel is Rain, the girl that befriends Massey and teacher her the ropes of being a call girl.
There is nothing in this genre story that happens that hasn't been done to extinction. (Impulse with Theresa Russell springs to mind.) But we have fun watching Massey (she is quite watchable) being sexually debauched. She starts just cuddling with a john while watching Rene and others get it on in the bath, then Massey done an eye popping (and crotch ripping) black latex play suit while she "strip searches" a john. When she enters a threesome with a client and his wife, we realize that the movie's main goal is to show Massy and Riffel au naturel as often as possible and in this it achieves its goal, amply. If what you want is good acting and a meaningful plot, I suggest you rent Dick Tracy.
