Shot in Italy (they claim) but chock full o' American performers, the gang bangee is Lady Berlin and she gives it 100% oral, anal, multiple facials, the works.  There are a couple of other scenes thrown in as filler, including a happening humping with Don Fernando and Gabrielle.  Unfortunately, there's no natural sound... just a music track and a foley-trainee sound-over of flesh slapping.
