A facial-themed video as the title implies, Head Nurse nonetheless features a pair of solid scenes from Alexandra Silk and a blonde Nikki Sinn. Silk goes on a housecall to care for Guy DiSilva. The roles are reversed, however, when DiSilva gives Silk a proctology exam. He literally explodes on her cute mug. Sinn's romp with Dave Hardman, featuring assplay as well, is top notch as expected.
