This Japanese import begins by offering a very pretty female doctor who fucks her patient in an entirely forgettable scene marred, like the entire vid, by awful dubbing and nonsensical subtitles. The next patient that tries to get it on with her, though, receives an injection that knocks him out. He dreams that the doctor is a Nazi sex-torture expert and he is her victim. This might be erotic for folks who like Asian women dressed as Gestapo. For other folks, though, it's not worth a second thought.
