The "Szechwan" in Szechwan Pussy would suggest that the talent featured here is Chinese. It's not. Instead, the Asiatic lasses starring in this sub-par series hail from the Land of the Rising Sun. Japanese porn has a well-deserved reputation for poor production values and less than enthusiastic performances from its leading ladies. This series is generally a crudely patched-together collection of Japanese blue-movie moments, some of which were shot on film, but most of which were shot on rather muddy video; and confirms all of the current, unflattering stereotypes regarding Nipponese nookie reels.

One interesting exception is Vol. 14, which features a lineup of scenes shot in the Golden Era of American porn. How old are they? Well, let's just say the most memorable performances are turned in by Mai Lin and Linda Wong. If nothing else, this installment is remarkable as a historical document.
