A goodly portion of Watch Me Tinkle is shot with a potty-cam, a camera inside a toilet. This portion of the tape appears to be surveillance video of a stall within a clothing boutique. There is a second camera above and a parade of girls enters, sits on the toilet, and the video cuts to the interior shot, with peeing on the camera lens which is aimed up, followed by wiping, tossing of toilet paper, and an occasional flush. There is the additional treat of a tampon insertion. Then there are a series of girls around a pool who pee for the camera. Some are dribblers and some are geysers. Then some girls perform while squatting above a toilet. Especially notable is the girl with the bush like the black forest, who leaves a dewy droplet residue when she finishes. A rather extended segment involves two buxom babes and their toilet slave, a balding man who is humiliated into licking their bowl as they stuff toilet paper in his mouth. No actual urination occurs, but they do taunt him into expecting it to happen. A final series of situations involves road trips, with girls and their male companions peeing along the side of the road, at truck stops, and in parking lots. The box advertises thirty hot girls, and there may well be more.
