Lawbreaking ladies face a judge in a People's Court style production, and, instead of serving time or paying fines, they get corporal punishment. Just like the TV version, there's a guy offering intermittent commentary, recap and analysis, which can get annoying.

Marissa is a skinny redhead and the guilty party in this episode. She gets her ass spanked until it's red, bruised and she's bawling. Her punishment rates high ratings on the pain-o-meter. Yes, the premise is kinda silly, but the film works, in part because it's such a minimal time commitment.
