Synopsis

Aubrey Sinclair is going through financial trouble. When she finds the ad for a cheap room, that Tommy Pistol posted, she's ecstatic. Unfortunately for her, it might be more than she bargained for. Brad Knight's parents die and he inherits the house, but only on the condition that his 18-year-old sister, Lana Rhoades, can stay with him. Unhappy with this arrangement, he makes sure that she does everything he asks of her ... everything!

Tommy Pistol plays a macabre, creepy landlord who, on first impression, seems to be a humble, unassuming cross between Mister Rogers and Hannibal Lecter. Financially strapped Aubrey Sinclair gleefully rents a room from Pistol only to find his “problem” leads to sex and a disasterous ending. Excellent performances by both; very entertaining.
